Registration Policy

• Users are expected to know the basic usage, such as the respective language alphabets.
• Users must provide accurate registration information.
• The Program reserves the right to refuse participation if requirements are not met.

Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Pricing details will be provided at the time of registration.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension.

Refund Policy

        Manual Payment Per Transaction 

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program start date.
• 50% refund is available if cancellation occurs 3–6 days before start date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the start date or after the program begins.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.
• In case of program cancellation by the provider without the user's violation, a full refund will be issued.

        Subscription with 3 Free Trial Sessions follow by the auto-payment 

• Completing the first free three (3) sessions of the trial period, the user will no longer be entitled to any refund and will remain fully liable for the payment. *

        Unsubscription Policy

• In the event of user's initiated unsubscription of the program after the free trial sessions, the user must ensure before the auto-payment of the subscribed amount is happened which have primarily set up during the time of registration of the initial program. In the event of late unsubscription, the program will not liable to refund the amount. 
• In the event of any user's initiated unsubscription of the program before the auto payment transaction is happened, the user must informed to the program email before 48hrs of the auto payment transaction is happened. 

De-registration Policy

• Users may de-register by submitting a written request via email.
• De-registration is effective upon confirmation by the Program.
• Refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy.
• Re-enrollment will require a new registration process.
• User is liable to notify the program providers and receive the confirmation of de-registration before the any auto-payment transaction is happened.

        Users have the right to:

• Withdraw consent at any time

• Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes.

Learning Content Policy

• All materials are for personal educational use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
• Content may include copyrighted materials used under license.
• The Program may update or modify contents at any time.

Technical Requirements

• Users are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity.
• The Program is not liable for disruptions caused by user-side technical issues.

Data Changes Policy

• The Program reserves the right to modify schedules, content, or instructors.
• Users will be informed of significant changes in schedules, contents including terms and conditions.

Code of Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
• Use inappropriate or explicit language.
• Disrupt sessions intentionally.
• Share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted materials without permission.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Attend sessions punctually.
• Maintain respectful and appropriate communication.
• Ensure stable internet access and necessary equipment.
• Follow up for any updates of the changes of schedules, terms and conditions prescribed by the program occasionally. 

User Agreement

• Program instructors reserve the right to require users to turn on their cameras during live video sessions, unless otherwise agreed.
• Taking screenshots, photos and videos including recording sessions without prior written consent is prohibited. 
• In the event of misconduct and violations decided by the program and the coordinator, no refund shall be given. 

Action Plan for Misconducts and Violations

If a user violates these Terms, the program coordinator have the rights to use the following: 

        1. Warning

• A formal warning will be issued via email.

        2. Temporary Suspension

• Access to sessions may be temporarily suspended.

        3. Termination

• Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent removal.
• No refund will be issued in such cases.

        4. Legal Action

• In cases of serious misconduct (e.g., illegal activity), legal action may be pursued.

The program coordinator reserve the rights to use the necessary action plans depend on the seriousness of the misconduct and violations. 

User Acknowledgement
 

By proceeding with registration, payment, or subscription to the Program, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any breach, or where the Program providers reasonably determine that a violation has occurred, the Program providers and coordinators reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice. *
